OFFICIAL RULES
Babcock National “Putter Giveaway” Sweepstakes
Promotion Period: July 26 – August 31, 2025
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or round of golf does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
2. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Babcock National Golf & Country Club, 43111 Greenway Blvd, Punta Gorda, FL 33982 (“Sponsor”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Babcock National, Troon, ICON Management, and Callaway Golf, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter:
(A) Golf Entry:
Participants will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for every round of golf played at Babcock National Golf & Country Club between July 26, 2025 and August 31, 2025, when they mention the Giveaway” at check-in. Limit one entry per round per day.
(B) No-Purchase Entry:
To enter without playing a round, participants may complete one (1) entry form available at the Golf Shop during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) free entry per person for the entire promotion.
All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2025.
5. PRIZES
Two (2) winners will each receive a limited-edition Callaway Happy Gilmore Putter (Approximate Retail Value: $499 each). One winner will be selected from the male category, and one from the female category, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.
Total prize value: $998. No cash or prize substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.
6. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or around September 3, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (b) any technical failures or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (c) injury or damage to participants or others related to or resulting from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
10. PRIVACY
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and awarding prizes.
11. PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
